Leonard Cohen - Live, BBC Television Theatre, London, 1968
I feel sad that I can't write more on this but health is such as it is. Today at least.
It's a live set at the BBC in 1968, by one of the greatest vocalists/poets of all time in my opinion.
Just a bloody beautiful listen. This was posted on another blog I discovered a couple of weeks ago and I noticed it isn't exactly widespread now; links have died all over the place: I present it here in all its glory.
I hope you can appreciate the melancholy and passion of Mr cohen.

Thanks for this man this is really beautiful stuff. I haven't listened to him in years and never heard any live stuff, this is great!
Thanks. I'm from Montreal, as is Leonard. He's down from the mystical mountain and living there again; he is and has always been the ultimate Montrealer. It wouldn't be the same Montreal without Leonard walking down The Main ...
thanks a lot.
really nice stuff.
All very welcome.
Glad you like the selection!
