I am now at 5.5mg of Steroids per day for my Crohn's disease, as opposed to the dose I started on, 15mg. This is the most difficult things I have tried to do: come off medically prescribed Hydrocortisone.
I hope to come out of the other side of this at some point, with my faculties intact. they appear to have left me during the process and it is just bloody horrible 23 hours out of 24.

so I'm sorry to tell you but it must be because of a corrupted file during downloading fro you, or you arr maybe using a mac and it isn't reading the rar version well, maybe you can update your unraring program?
I can upload the tracks, mp3's to mediafire if it comes to it.

Thanks for the response. I use a program called The Extractor, free and has worked great for a couple of years now, until your site. Anyway I did try all possible steps including downloading WINRAR. That was it. Works like a charm. Disappointment soon followed...the bit rate is at 192K. Is this because of going from vinyl to mp3 or just your preferred bit rate? Yes, I have seen some with FLAC but what is the majority of the albums at?
I really appreciated the fact that you would post on additional site to go that extra mile. Again not needed, Newbie not using winrar.

About the bitrate, I usually will always get 320K iof I am not posting FLAC files. However as I wasn't so well I rushed this, grabbed the first one I found and posted.

Shoot me, I'm guilty as charged!
Most of the files on this site are 320 or at the lowest, 192. If it is less because it is such a rare thing then I will state that in the post.
